このメールの書き方
時間制限の中で効果的な教授へのメールを書くために、次の4つの戦略に従いましょう。
1. フォーマルな挨拶を使う
「Dear Professor [Name]」または「Dear Dr. [Name].」で始めましょう。これにより、学術的なやり取りに求められるフォーマルなトーンが設定されます。教授へのメールでは「Hey」や「Hi」を絶対に使わないでください。

避けるべきよくある間違い

カジュアルすぎるトーン
「Hey Prof」のような挨拶や「gonna」「wanna」「thanks a bunch」のような表現は、不適切なトーンを示します。教授は「Can you help me out?」ではなく「I would appreciate your guidance」のようなフォーマルな言葉遣いを期待しています。
設問のポイントの見落とし
設問が問題の説明、資料の依頼、面会の依頼を求めている場合、メールはこの3つすべてに対応する必要があります。1つのポイントでも見落とすと、採点者にタスクを完全に達成していないと判断されてしまいます。
長すぎる、または冗長すぎる

明確な依頼がない
