舊制TOEFL分數如何換算為2026年新制級距及IELTS？
請使用ETS官方對照表，而非套用公式。在舊制0–120分中，114+為Band 6，107+為5.5，95+為5，86+為4.5，72+為4，58+為3.5，44+為3。ETS接著列出的IELTS對照為：Band 6對應8.0–9.0，5.5對應7.5，5對應7.0，4.5對應6.5，4對應6.0——因此舊制100分為Band 5（IELTS 7.0），90分為4.5（IELTS 6.5），80分為4（IELTS 6.0）。

2026年TOEFL評分制度說明
2026年全新改版的TOEFL採用1至6的級距評分制，取代原有的0–120分制。新制度使TOEFL與國際語言能力框架（如CEFR）的對應更為一致，便於跨考試比較。
各科分數
閱讀、聽力、寫作及口說四個科目，各自獲得1.0至6.0的級距分數，以0.5為單位遞增。
總體分數
TOEFL總分為四科級距分數的平均值，四捨五入至最近的0.5級距。

各科成績換算：閱讀、聽力、寫作、口說
在舊制TOEFL iBT中，每個科目採0–30分計分，四科總分合計滿分為120分。在2026年新制中，每個科目各自獲得獨立的1–6級距分數。以下說明如何換算各科成績。

不要將單科分數除以5
ETS為每個科目設定不同的分數門檻。例如，22分在閱讀與寫作為Band 4.5，在聽力為Band 5，在口說為Band 4。
範例：閱讀27分、聽力24分、口說22分、寫作20分，在ETS對照表中分別為Band 5.5、5、4和4。舊制總分93分為Band 4.5，與四科級距的平均值相同（4.625，四捨五入為4.5）。
