Upper IntermediateTOEFL分數換算是怎麼計算的？
2026年新制TOEFL iBT採用1至6的級距評分，以0.5為單位遞增。將舊制分數（0–120）除以20，四捨五入至最近的0.5即可換算。例如，舊制100分換算為新制Band 5.0，相當於IELTS 7.0–7.5及CEFR C1級。

2026年TOEFL評分制度說明
2026年全新改版的TOEFL採用1至6的級距評分制，取代原有的0–120分制。新制度使TOEFL與國際語言能力框架（如CEFR）的對應更為一致，便於跨考試比較。
各科分數
閱讀、聽力、寫作及口說四個科目，各自獲得1.0至6.0的級距分數，以0.5為單位遞增。
總體分數
TOEFL總分為四科級距分數的平均值，四捨五入至最近的0.5級距。
換算公式
範例：舊制87分 → 87 ÷ 20 = 4.35 → 四捨五入為Band 4.5（相當於IELTS 6.5，CEFR B2+）
