However, delaying the repairing of a bridge or road will have great impact on public’s transportation and daily life. Since there are limited budget, government should spend more money on public service maintaining rather than art. Secondly, arts project always have alternative avenues for funding that essential public may not have. Private sponsors, patrons, ticket sales, and donations can support art projects, make them less reliant on government funding. To be specific, many museums and galleries have corporation with individuals for sponsorship. For instance, Tianjin Museum has a long-standing partnership with various corporations to fund exhibitions.
