How the Estimator Works

The estimator asks for your average section-level scores from a recent practice window. You choose whether to include practice exercises, mock tests, or both — and select a recency window so the estimate reflects your current level, not where you were a month ago.

Tips for a Better Estimate

  • Use mock tests where possible. Full mock test scores under timed conditions are more predictive than section-specific practice scores.
  • Keep it recent. A 7–14 day window typically reflects your current level better than a 30-day average that includes older, lower sessions.
  • Include all four sections. The estimate is most accurate when all sections are filled in. Missing sections lower confidence significantly.
  • Re-estimate regularly. Track your estimates over time to confirm your preparation is having an effect on your projected score.

Frequently Asked Questions

Accuracy depends on how much practice data you enter and how recent it is. An estimate based on 4 sections of mock test scores from the last 14 days will be more reliable than one based on a single section of practice exercises from a month ago. The tool shows a confidence level to help you interpret the result.
