Dr. Diaz

This week we looked at how the cinema―the physical building where we watch films―has evolved over the years. Now, I want you to consider this question: with so many internet streaming services available for viewing films at home, do you think cinemas will cease to exist in the future? Will a time come when people stop going to cinemas entirely? Why or why not?

Paul

In my opinion, cinemas are here to stay. For thousands of years, people have been sharing the collective experience of watching a show, whether it was a live performance at a theater in ancient Greece or a recorded film in a cinema in today’s society. And they will continue to want that shared viewing experience.

Claire

I agree that cinemas are becoming obsolete, but I don’t think it’s because of technology. Many of the best films these days are being produced as ten- or twelve-part miniseries, with much more focus on character development. These productions are meant to be watched on television. You don’t need a big screen to enjoy them.

Bài Mẫu Của Người Dùng

From my perspective, when it comes to cinema, I find my thought is more in line with the Paul's opinion. Cinema will not disappear in the future. There are two reasons. First, cinema can bring public together. Take for instance, when I want to watch a movie with my friends, we often make a decision before we get cinema. We do a lot of surveys to investigate the film, such as searching for information, reading some reviews and watching some bloggers' opinions. Besides, we can have a better communication with each other about the movie. Second, cinema is a good way to relax and feel good. It is undeniable that technology can make people watch films at home. However, we need to walk outside with our families and friends, right? In my opinion, I believe cinema is a good excuse to ask your friends to walk outside and play together. Everyone can be beneficial from watching movie in cinema.

Section Title: The Future of Cinemas

In my view, cinemas will continue to thrive in the future, and I find myself resonating with Paul's perspective. There are two primary reasons for this belief. Firstly, cinemas foster a sense of community and shared experiences. For instance, when planning to watch a movie with friends, we often engage in extensive research beforehand, including gathering information, reading reviews, and seeking opinions from bloggers. This process not only enhances our anticipation but also facilitates meaningful discussions about the film.

Secondly, cinemas serve as an ideal means of relaxation and social interaction. While technological advancements have undoubtedly made it convenient to watch films at home, it is essential for individuals to venture outdoors and spend quality time with family and friends. In this regard, going to the cinema provides an excellent opportunity for social engagement and shared enjoyment. Ultimately, I am confident that the collective experience offered by cinemas will ensure their enduring relevance in the face of evolving entertainment options. (166 words)

Bài Mẫu Của Người Dùng

I wholeheartedly concur with Claire’s perspective that cinemas will still disappear in the future. I would like to emphasize that some new advanced technology will take cinemas’ place one day. To be specific, some technology like VR device can bring the same experience as cinemas bring, or even better. On the one hand, VR device on the head is able to present a broader vision which would not be limited by the size of the screen, and also VR makes it possible to enhance viewers’ immerse experience, which allows them to feel like they are part of the movie. On the other hand, VR can provide superior sound quality experience like a headphone by blocking out external noises such as someone talking or eating in the cinema. Even though Paul raised the relevant point that people like sharing experience in the cinema, he did not mention that with the new technology people can watch movies together at home or other private places, which means they don’t have to go out to the cinema to get the superior visual and audio experience. Overall, I suppose cinemas will disappear in the future.

Title: 6 文章修订

I wholeheartedly concur with Claire's perspective that cinemas may eventually become obsolete. I would like to emphasize that the advent of advanced technology, such as virtual reality (VR), could potentially replace traditional cinema experiences.

To elaborate, VR devices can offer immersive experiences that rival or even surpass those provided by cinemas. For instance, VR headsets can present a broader field of view without being constrained by screen size. Additionally, they can enhance viewers' immersion by making them feel as if they are part of the movie. Furthermore, VR technology can deliver superior sound quality by blocking out external noises, such as people talking or eating in a cinema.

While Paul raises a valid point about the appeal of shared experiences in cinemas, he overlooks the fact that new technologies enable people to watch movies together in the comfort of their homes or other private spaces. Consequently, individuals no longer need to venture out to a cinema to enjoy high-quality visual and audio experiences.

In light of these considerations, I believe that traditional cinemas may indeed face obsolescence in the future as advanced technologies continue to reshape our entertainment landscape. (192 words)

3

Dùng ví dụ cụ thể để hỗ trợ luận điểm chính — tránh những câu nói chung chung.
