Professor
This week we talked about how important taking time off from work or school is forpeople's well-being. Some people believe they get the most benefit when that time off isstructured: that is it involves planning in advance about what will be accomplished onthat day. Others believe it is better to enjoy the day with no plan for how to spend it. lnthis discussion post please indicate which of those approaches to spending time off fromwork on school you prefer and why?
Claire
l find it beneficial to do some advance planning for my free time. I live far away from myfamily so when l am getting ready to visit them during a school holiday, I always plan mytime off from school very carefully. That way I have enough time to visit with each familymember.
Paul
Personally, I prefer not to make any plans for my free time. l go to school, and l have apart-time job each week. I make a schedule to be sure l can complete both my work andstudies. So when l have time off from work and school, l just want to relax with no plan.

I am more with Paul for not making plans for my time off from work. To me, making plans equals to adding stress to myself to some extent. This stress can be benefitial during the work time because it can turn into motivation and passion to finish tasks efficiently, but during my free time it will only ruin the relaxing atmosphere. When I make a plan, I always feel the urge to do finish all the listed stuffs as quickly as possible, and in that situation never can I truly enjoy my time off work. Therefore, I prefer just to keep my free time unscheduled and open to any activities.

Section Title: 6 Article Revision
In my opinion, I concur with Paul's preference for not making plans during time off from work or school. Planning, while beneficial in a work or academic setting, can inadvertently introduce stress into one's leisure time. This stress may be advantageous when it fuels motivation and efficiency in completing tasks, but it can be counterproductive during periods of relaxation. When adhering to a plan, there is often an inherent pressure to accomplish all listed tasks as quickly as possible, which can detract from the enjoyment of one's free time. Consequently, I believe that leaving leisure time unscheduled and open to spontaneous activities allows for a more genuine and fulfilling experience. (115 words)
