Watching a fantastic movie and have delicious food in dinner with our family are also good choices. Still, a voice arises that taking a break from the news is impossible because it's unrealistic. However, we can keep ourselves in touch with the society by controlling the length of the breaking time. Therefore, we can not only have a good rest from the large amounts of information, but also know clearly about the important activities happening.
