University Should Build a Parking Lot for the Humanities Building I think the university should consider building a parking lot near the humanities building. Right now there's only street parking available, and it isn't enough. Whenever I look for a spot to park in the street near the humanities building, I can't find one. A parking lot for the humanities building would solve that problem. Also, there's a wooded area behind the building that would make an ideal location for the parking lot. The university could just clear away the trees and build a lot - the space is already there for it.Sincerely,Joe Simmons

5.语言使用Original Answer: Her students propose The letter-writer proposes (原文中提到的是信件作者的建议,而不是学生们的建议) that the university should build a parking lot near the humanities building to solve the need, and the wooden area could be the ideal location. However, the woman disagrees with the idea. She thinks that the dining hall and library and other lots of places could be used to park. Although those places need students to work a little, but it's okay. What's more, she also thinks that the wooden area could not be cleared away. It is the only wooden area for students to sit there and have a nice day to relax themselves. So she thinks that the proposal is not a practical plan to solve the problem.
Revised Answer (140 words): The letter-writer proposes that the university should build a parking lot near the humanities building to address the parking issue, suggesting that a wooded area nearby could serve as an ideal location. However, the woman disagrees with this proposal. She believes that alternative parking options are available at locations such as the dining hall and library, which may require students to walk a short distance but are still viable options. Furthermore, she argues against clearing away the wooded area, as it is one of the few remaining green spaces on campus where students can relax and enjoy nature. In her opinion, destroying this valuable space for an unnecessary parking lot is not a practical solution to address parking concerns.
