Bus Service Elimination Planned The university has decided to discontinue its free bus service for students. The reason given for this decision is that few students ride the buses and the buses are expensive to operate. Currently, the buses run from the center of campus past university buildings and through some of the neighborhoods surrounding the campus. The money saved by eliminating the bus service will be used to expand the overcrowded student parking lots.

23. 3.Delivery

The speaker's delivery is generally clear and fluid, but there are some occasional pauses that disrupt the flow. To improve, the speaker should practice speaking with a consistent pace and minimize unnecessary pauses. Additionally, the speaker should work on accurate pronunciation to avoid any confusion due to spelling errors.

4.Topic Development The response is coherent and well-organized, with clear connections between ideas. However, there is room for improvement in providing more specific examples or support for the points made. To enhance topic development, the speaker should focus on elaborating their ideas further and providing more concrete evidence to support their opinion. This will help create a stronger and more persuasive argument.

5.Language Use

The university announces that they will eliminate free bus service because of two reasons. Firstly, there is few a low number of(more natural phrasing) students taking this bus, which is really expensive to operate and a waste of money. Secondly, the money saved from eliminating bus service can be used to build parking lots for overcrowded student base the growing student population(more accurate description). However, the men man(correcting the plural to singular) in this conversation disagrees with this idea because thinks that it's actually the routine of bus make less people are taking it he believes that the outdated bus route is the reason for fewer passengers(rephrasing for clarity and natural flow). It only runs through those expensive neighbourhoods that students cannot afford to live in. And secondly, building more parking lots for students will actually encourage more drives on campus, which leads to more noise and more traffic on campus. Therefore, the campus should actually make it easier for students to take buses instead of eliminating buses to encourage people to drive.

Revised Answer (140 words):

The university plans to eliminate free bus service due to a low number of students using it and its high operating costs. The money saved will be used to build parking lots for the growing student population. However, the man in the conversation disagrees with this idea, believing that the outdated bus route is the reason for fewer passengers. The current route only serves expensive neighborhoods where students cannot afford to live. Additionally, he argues that constructing more parking lots will encourage more students to drive on campus, leading to increased noise and traffic. Instead, the university should make it easier for students to use buses rather than eliminating them and promoting driving. By addressing these concerns, the university can create a more efficient transportation system that benefits all students.
