Make Textbook List Available Earlier Students always have to wait until the beginning of the semester to fnd out which textbooks they will need for their new courses. But since a lot of students register early for their courses, I think that the list for each course should be available immediately at the time of registration. This would give students more time to shop around to find less expensive textbooks. And it would also allow them to start work on the reading for their new courses early.SincerelyAlexandra Brown

{"content": "In a letter, students suggest that the textbook list should be available earlier, which would not only help students to buy less expensive copies, but also help them to start work on reading earlier. In a conversation, the men think that the proposal is quite a good idea. Firstly, the available list would allow students to look around less expensive copies on their own through the Internet. For example, they could buy used books online. Getting books ahead of time through the Internet would save a lot of money. Secondly, students could be busy with assignments at the start of semesters. They would find it hard to keep up with all the assignments. So start earlier gives them an opportunity to do some preparations before the class really starts."} {"grammar_issues": "The response demonstrates good control of basic and complex grammatical structures with only minor errors.", "are_ideas_well_supported": "Yes, the ideas are well-supported with relevant examples and explanations.", "transitions": "The transitions between ideas are clear and logical.", "is_addressing_the_question": "Yes, the response addresses the question by summarizing the proposal and stating the man's opinion along with his reasons.", "topic_development_description": "The response presents a clear progression of ideas and conveys the relevant information required by the task. This would help students buy less expensive copies and start their reading assignments sooner. In a conversation, the man thinks that the proposal is an excellent idea. Firstly, having the list available early would allow students to search for cheaper textbooks on their own, particularly online.
