Revealing Coloration Many animals use coloration to protect themselves from predators. One defensive strategy involving the use of coloration is what is known as revealing coloration. Animals employing this strategy have an area of bright color on some part of their body; this bright color is usually hidden from predators' view. When approached by a predator, the animal suddenly reveals the area of bright color; this unexpected display of color startles or confuses the predator and provides the would-be prey with an opportunity to escape.

23. 3.Delivery
The speaker's delivery is generally clear and fluid, but there are some occasional pauses that disrupt the flow of speech. To improve, the speaker should practice speaking more consistently and reducing unnecessary pauses. Additionally, the speaker should work on pronouncing certain words more accurately to avoid confusion.
4.Topic Development The response is coherent and well-organized, with clear connections between ideas and sufficient support or examples. However, the speaker could improve by providing more detailed explanations of the examples given, such as describing how the peanut bug's bright colors specifically startle predators or how the morpho butterfly's shiny wings create a confusing visual effect for birds. This would help to further illustrate the concept of revealing coloration and strengthen the overall response.
5.Language UseOriginal: Revolving coloration Revealing coloration (The correct term is "revealing coloration," not "revolving coloration.") refers to some animals use colors how some animals use colors (Add "how" for proper sentence structure.) to confuse and distract their predators, and giving them more chance to escape. The professor gives two examples of the revolving revealing (Again, the correct term is "revealing.") coloration of some animals. First is a peanut bug. The peanut bug has some bright color on his back wings. And when he meets a predator, he quickly shows his back wings, as the predator will be surprised. This gives the bug time to escape. And another example is morpho butterfly. Morpho butterfly has shining wings. When he flies, he will reflect the shining of the sun, distracting the predator.
Revised (140 words): Revealing coloration refers to how some animals use colors to confuse and distract their predators, providing them with a better chance to escape. The professor offers two examples of animals that employ revealing coloration as a defense mechanism. The first example is the peanut bug, which has bright colors on its back wings. When confronted by a predator, the peanut bug quickly displays its back wings, startling the predator and allowing the bug time to escape. The second example is the morpho butterfly, which has shiny wings that reflect sunlight when it flies. This reflection creates a dazzling effect that distracts predators, making it difficult for them to follow the butterfly and increasing its chances of escaping unharmed. Both examples demonstrate the effectiveness of revealing coloration as a survival strategy for these creatures.
