While modern technology has enabled instantaneous communication and unprecedented convenience, it has also remarkably sped up our pace of life. As much as it promotes productivity, this hectic lifestyle comes with a few byproducts, one of which is the lack of politeness. Aldrich:I think in many specific situations, people need to stand up for
st themselves, being polite to others will lead to a lot of problems. For
you example, I often meet people who are different from me in my work
philosophy and attitude. If I am too polite and polite to others, my boss may feel that I am not competent enough. In addition, if a person
always polite to others, then others will think that this person is easy to
compromise, so there will be a lot of excessive demands.
