TOEFL TPO -1 Writing Task 2 Sample: Professor: Some people prefer to eat at food stands or restaurants. Other people prefer to prepare and eat food at home. Which do you prefer?   Jack Ma: Eating at food stands or restaurants can save a great deal of time as food preparing is a cumbersome and time-consuming process. For those people there is no monotony of flaming the burner, washing the dishes, preparing the ingredients. They simply order the dishes and everything is ready for them. Moreover, restaurants offer a sound environment. Restaurants offer an overwhelming environment to attract the people. They offer music, calm environment and better services. Thus they can do lots of work without thinking the cooking issue.   Pony Ma: Meals cooked at home are healthier than meals from restaurants, and I strongly value my health.  While meals prepared at restaurants are certainly delicious, they usually include a lot of oil, salt and sugar. Over-consumption of unhealthy ingredients can have a profound effect on our health, and can even lead to chronic illnesses.  Besides, eating at home is a great way to save some money. It is true that a meal that might cost five dollars to prepare at home will cost ten times that amount when served to me at a restaurant.  The tipping culture also adds increased costs every time I eat out.  • LingoLeap
