Section Title: 6.文章修订

As urbanization gains momentum, there has been an influx of individuals from rural areas into metropolises in pursuit of a higher quality of life. If governments want to attract people to stay in rural areas, I personally think that improving infrastructure to provide convenience is the most effective approach. For one thing, the government should invest money in upgrading transportation. For example, building and widening roads is of great necessity. Besides, they should increase the number of bus lines or subways connecting rural communities with downtown areas to ensure smooth daily commutes for residents.

For another thing, nowadays, online shopping has become an integral part of our lives and it is common for people to receive multiple packages each day. Therefore, it is important for governments to establish courier stations and lockers in rural areas to meet the needs of their residents. By eliminating such apprehensions related to convenience and accessibility, people will naturally prefer to stay in rural areas.

By focusing on these improvements in infrastructure and services, governments can create a more attractive environment for individuals who might otherwise be drawn towards urban centers. This approach not only helps maintain a balance between urban and rural populations but also contributes to sustainable development by reducing pressure on cities' resources and infrastructure. While I acknowledge with Claire’s valid concern in favor of economical support to farmers, I find myself more aligned with Kelly’s viewpoint that it is business of recreation which can appeal urban residents to change their habitat voluntarily. Admittedly, financial help would encourage civilians to prosper in rural area, but the mental life pursued by farmer can not be enhanced by this means but the construction of entertainment and culture. Furthermore, the more businesses are installed in countryside, the more alternative careers farmers will choose and devote themselves in. In this case, not only can these businesses attract more people to live but also they can boost the economy environment in village. For instance, my uncle got attractive remuneration in his rural hometown because of the imported cinema, where this farmer’s new profession based on.

Section Title: 6.文章修订

Revised Essay:

Although I recognize Claire's valid argument supporting financial assistance for farmers, I find myself more in agreement with Kelly's perspective that promoting recreational businesses can entice urban residents to voluntarily relocate to rural areas. While it is true that economic support can help individuals thrive in rural regions, it does not necessarily enhance the quality of life they seek, which can be achieved through the development of entertainment and cultural facilities. Moreover, as more businesses establish themselves in the countryside, farmers will have a wider range of alternative career options to choose from and dedicate themselves to.

In this scenario, not only do these businesses attract more people to live in rural areas, but they also contribute to the economic growth of villages. For example, my uncle received an appealing salary in his rural hometown due to the introduction of a cinema where he found a new profession. This demonstrates how recreational businesses can provide lucrative job opportunities for local residents while simultaneously encouraging urban dwellers to consider relocating for an improved lifestyle.

Ultimately, it is essential for governments seeking to attract more people to rural areas or villages to focus on developing recreational and cultural facilities. By doing so, they can ensure a higher quality of life for current residents while providing enticing reasons for urban citizens to make the transition towards rural living. (230 words)
