Predator Satiation Prey animals have a variety of adaptations and strategies that help protect their species against predators. One adaptation some prey species have is that all individuals reproduce at the same time, so that new members of that particular species are introduced to an area all at once, which makes it difficult for predators to kill off the entire population of the species. This is called predator satiation, and it sometimes occurs with prey animals that have no other defenses or means of protecting themselves. Although many individual animals will not survive, others will, so predator satiation ensures the survival of the prey species as a whole.

Original: Predatory satiation means new members of a specific animal are introduced to an area at once and it's difficult for a predator to kill off an entire population of them. Here is an example about insects in Kuta. In a specific area, they will lay eggs at the same time and new members will hatch out from the egg and grow underground. After a certain years, those new lives will grow above ground and emerge an astonishing number. Since they are unflinished animals without teeth and also colorful which make them easily be seen, birds and snakes likely to eat them when they emerge but there were so many numbers of them so they won't be eat up in this way and can still reproduce.
Corrected: Predatory satiation Predator satiation (捕食者饱和应为predator satiation) means new members of a specific animal are introduced to an area at once and it's difficult for a predator to kill off an entire population of them. Here is an example about insects in Kuta cicadas (Kuta应为cicadas). In a specific area, they will lay eggs at the same time and new members will hatch out from the egg and grow underground. After a certain years several years (a certain years应为several years), those new lives will grow above ground and emerge an astonishing number in astonishing numbers (an astonishing number应为in astonishing numbers). Since they are unflinished defenseless (unflinished应为defenseless) animals without teeth and also colorful which make them easily be seen, birds and snakes likely to eat them when they emerge but there were so many numbers of them so they won't be eat up in this way and can still reproduce.
Revised (140 words): Predator satiation means new members of a specific animal species are introduced to an area simultaneously, making it difficult for predators to kill off the entire population. Cicadas serve as an example of this phenomenon. In a particular region, cicadas lay eggs at the same time, and the offspring hatch and grow underground. After several years, these cicadas emerge above ground in astonishing numbers. As defenseless insects without teeth and with easily visible colorful features, they become easy prey for birds and snakes when they emerge. However, due to their vast numbers, not all cicadas are eaten, allowing the remaining cicadas to mate and reproduce, ensuring the survival of their species through predator satiation.
