Original:

Well, in my opinion, I think the second option is better, this is because if we step up later to study, we don't have enough energy for the next day's exam. For instance, for the final exam, I spent a lot of time on study, however, I still don't have good grades, this is just because I step up later, and in the next day's exam, I just want to sleep, and I don't pay attention on my exam. So from this experience, I think the second option is better.

Revised:

In my perspective, I believe that opting for a full night's sleep while studying less is the superior choice. This is primarily due to the fact that staying up late to study may result in insufficient energy for the following day's examination. For example, during a previous final exam, I dedicated an extensive amount of time to studying; nevertheless, my grades did not reflect my efforts. The primary reason was that I stayed up late, which caused me to feel drowsy during the exam and consequently, unable to focus on the questions. Another supporting instance is the numerous studies that emphasize the importance of adequate sleep for optimal cognitive function and memory retention. Thus, based on these experiences and evidence, I firmly stand by the second option.

In my perspective, I believe that opting for a full night's sleep (revised for clarity and formality) while studying less is the superior choice (revised for advanced vocabulary). This is primarily due to the fact (added transition) that staying up late to study may result in insufficient energy (revised for advanced vocabulary) for the following day's examination (revised for clarity). For example, during a previous final exam (added context), I dedicated an extensive amount of time (revised for advanced vocabulary) to studying; nevertheless (added transition), my grades did not reflect my efforts (revised for clarity). The primary reason was that I stayed up late, which caused me to feel drowsy during the exam and consequently (added transition), unable to focus on the questions (revised for clarity). Another supporting instance is the numerous studies that emphasize the importance of adequate sleep for optimal cognitive function and memory retention (added a second example). Thus, based on these experiences and evidence (smooth transition), I firmly stand by the second option (strong conclusion).
