User Samples & Evaluation Results
User Sample
As far as I am concerned, I tend to be in favor of the argument that employees should work independently and then combine their results, due to its contribution to working efficiency. To begin with, when working on a large project, it is obvious that there are numerous diversified processes generally. Thus, in order to promote the working efficiency, it is a smart move to work separately, as every subordinate could specialize in a particular unit. The more time the worker distributes on the same facet, the more efficient he will be. Therefore, the whole process could be accomplished in a relatively high working efficiency in comparison with collaborating every step. For example, in the large software enterprises, such as Google and Amazon, every software develop engineer will take responsible for a specific step. Some are specialized in computer network, while others spend all the time testing the programmes. In this case, every bug could find an engineer who is responsible for, reducing bugs and raising efficiency. In conclusion, only by separating work could a firm increase working efficiency.

Section Title: 6 文章修订
In response to the professor's question, I firmly believe that allowing individuals to work independently before combining their efforts leads to greater efficiency in group projects. In large-scale projects, it is common for various specialized tasks to be present. By assigning these tasks to individuals with expertise in those areas, the overall efficiency of the project can be significantly improved.
For instance, major software companies like Google and Amazon often delegate specific responsibilities to their software development engineers. Some may focus on computer networking, while others dedicate their time to testing programs. This division of labor ensures that each aspect of the project is handled by someone with the appropriate skills and knowledge, ultimately reducing errors and increasing productivity.
By encouraging independent work followed by collaboration, organizations can capitalize on the strengths of each team member while also fostering a sense of unity when it comes time to combine individual contributions. This approach not only promotes efficiency but also allows for a more seamless integration of diverse perspectives and ideas within the final product. (178 words)
