140. words revised version:

The university plans to allow undergraduates access to Perkins Lounge, which was previously reserved for graduate students. However, the woman in the listening part disagrees with this decision. She believes that Perkins Lounge provides a quiet and peaceful environment for graduate students to concentrate on their work and spread out their books on tables. As graduate students, having such a space without noise and crowds is highly valuable. Furthermore, she suggests that if the university wants to address the issue of insufficient study space for undergraduates, they should consider constructing a new dormitory with designated study areas specifically for undergraduate students. This way, both graduate and undergraduate students can have their own dedicated spaces for studying and working on projects.
