From my perspective, I believe that ongoing employee training is not the most crucial investment a company can make, for the reason that it is not efficient. As a matter of fact, the worker should learn a new skill through a long time. In this way, if the company offer the employee training to him. It takes a long time for him to take in this new skill. However, a big company should not waste such a long time. On the contrary, if the company choose to hire the employee who have already mastered this skill. The company would not spend time and money to develop him. He can start his work immedeately. For example, my brother have learned the skills of programming a AI mode. After hearing this, his boss choose him as the team leader rather than developing other employees' skills. In the end, my brohter finish his work efficiently. Therefore, I hold the belief that ongoing training is not the most important thing for a company.

Section Title: The Significance of Ongoing Employee Training
In my opinion, ongoing employee training may not be the most critical investment a company can make, primarily due to its inefficiency. Acquiring new skills often requires a considerable amount of time, and providing continuous training to employees can result in a lengthy learning process. Large companies, in particular, cannot afford to squander valuable time on such endeavors. Instead, it may be more beneficial for companies to hire individuals who have already mastered the necessary skills, thereby eliminating the need for extensive training and development. These employees can begin contributing immediately, saving both time and resources for the company. For instance, my brother had acquired expertise in programming AI models before joining his current organization. Recognizing his proficiency, his employer appointed him as the team leader rather than investing in developing similar skills among other employees. Consequently, my brother was able to complete his tasks efficiently. Thus, I maintain that ongoing employee training may not be the most crucial investment for a company's success. (172 words)
