Next year, however, the East Campus cafeteria will be permanently closed. University president Robert Yeoman explains: "Relativelv few students use the East Campus cafeteria- not enough to justify the expense of keeping it open." When asked about future plans for the East Campus cafeteria building, the President replied, "There are no immediate plans for the building as of this time, but we'll be looking at a number of options.

2.Estimated Scores
23. 3.Delivery
The speaker's delivery is generally clear and fluid, but there are occasional pauses that disrupt the flow of speech. To improve, the speaker should practice speaking at a consistent pace and minimize unnecessary pauses. Additionally, the speaker should work on accurate pronunciation to avoid spelling errors in their response.
4.Topic Development The response is coherent and well-organized, with clear connections between ideas. However, the speaker could provide more specific examples or details to support their points. To improve topic development, the speaker should focus on elaborating on their ideas and providing more concrete evidence to strengthen their argument.
5.Language UseThe university plans to discontinue close the East Campus Cafeteria next year due to fewer student usage low student usage("fewer" should be replaced with "low" for a more natural-sounding phrase), but they don't have immediate plans for the building even though they have a lot of options about that. In a lesson conversation(replace "lesson" with "conversation" to accurately describe the context), however, the man disagrees with this idea. Firstly, he claimed that it is inconvenient for the students who have a lot of classes in the East Campus. For example, the older science classrooms and science labs are located in the East Campus, but the students don't have enough time to take buses to the West Campus to have a meal between the classes and take the bus back. So they need to have snacks all the day day long(replace "the day" with "day long" for a more natural-sounding phrase) instead of having a good meal in the cafe. Besides, if the university doesn't know what they gonna do are going to do(replace informal language "gonna do" with formal language "are going to do") with the building, they will just turn it worse. Just at the fitness center, they used to plan to turn it an into an(add "into" for proper grammar) art gallery, but now they leave it empty for over a year.
Revised Answer (140 words):
The university plans to close the East Campus Cafeteria next year due to low student usage, but they don't have immediate plans for the building even though they have many options. In a conversation, the man disagrees with this idea. He claims that closing the cafeteria is inconvenient for students with many classes on East Campus. For instance, science classrooms and labs are located there, and students don't have enough time to travel to West Campus for meals between classes. They would need to rely on snacks all day long instead of having proper meals at the cafeteria. Furthermore, if the university doesn't know what they are going to do with the building, it may worsen the situation. Similar to the fitness center, which was supposed to be converted into an art gallery but remains vacant after a year.
