When people are choosing a career, there are many different factors to consider. What aspects ofa job do people value most? Salary is a possible factor. These days, with work environments evolving, human interaction might be an important factor. If you had to choose, is it better to have a job with a high salary but little or no human interaction, or a job with a lower salary that allows for regular interaction with colleagues or customers? Why?
Student A Paul
In order for people to be truly satisfied with a job they need validation. This can only come from frequent and productive interaction with coworkers who acknowledge their hard work and contributions. I think everyone is looking for a job where they will receive positive feedback from their colleagues and recognition for their achievements.
Student BKelly
I think that salary is the number one factor in determining whether a certain job is good or not. In any job interview, the first question many of us, including myself, really want answered is how much the job pays. Being a practical person, I would say the purpose of work is to earn money, not to socialize with others.

In my opinion, I prefer to choose the job which has lower salary that allows for regular interaction with colleagues or customers. First of all, I think interactive with each other is a necessary skill we have to practice. As for me, when I was a child, I am very inner girl, I didn't like to talk with anybody, so my communication ability is poor. With growth, I participated in many activities so that I had to take some presentations and speech. Although I felt afraid at first, I can show myself with others after that. Secondly, I think earn the salary is not the important thing in the job. The happiness you will gain while someone thanked you or tell you that your job finished excellent.

Title: 6 文章修订
In my perspective, I would opt for a job with a lower salary that enables regular interaction with colleagues or customers. Firstly, I believe that honing interpersonal skills is essential in our personal and professional lives. Growing up as an introverted individual, I struggled with communication and often avoided social interactions. However, as I matured and participated in various activities requiring presentations and speeches, I gradually overcame my fears and learned to express myself effectively. Secondly, earning a high salary should not be the sole focus of one's career. The sense of fulfillment and happiness derived from being appreciated or commended for a job well done is invaluable and contributes significantly to overall job satisfaction. (118 words)
