Professor
As I mentioned in class, field trips have been a staple of primary education for decades. They offer students the opportunity to learn outside of the classroom and engage with the world around them. Field trips can take many forms, from visits to museums and art galleries to trips to zoos and historical sites. While some argue that field trips provide hands-on learning experiences that cannot be replicated in the classroom, others believe that students can learn just as effectively by staying in the classroom.
Anita
I am of the opinion that it is important to take students on field trips rather than stay in class the whole time. The most important point relates to the need for variety in children’s learning experiences. School can become a little repetitive for children and anything that provides novelty and a change from the daily routine is beneficial for the students. Field trips can present the opportunity for an adventure and new experiences.
Justin
I hold a different view from Anita and firmly believe that field trips are not necessary for effective learning. In fact, students can learn just as effectively by staying in the classroom, using abundant highquality online resources, including videos, audios and images. This means that modern technology can provide stimulating and varied learning opportunities without leaving the classroom. Also, field trips can be expensive and time-consuming, which can be a burden for schools and families.

I am more inclined to agree with Justin that field trips are not better than the traditional one. Nowadays, due to the development of technology, abundant learning resources such as mooc are in handy. And the equipments like computers and printers are also fully provided in many campus, which serves as an active way to facilitate traditional teaching molds. Now that the differences between staying class room and field trips are largely reduces and bridged, there is no need to spend extra time and money on planning field trips. Not only the field trips can conflict the former learning plans, but also it contributes to additional expense on students and the families. It is true that in certain degree students can experience the exhibitions and nature in person, which enhances their understandings of history and botany. However, comparing the costs and potential problems, I believe that these goals can equally be achieved by staying in class the whole time.

1: Instead of saying "Nowadays, due to the development of technology, abundant learning resources such as mooc are in handy," you could write "Nowadays, due to the development of technology, students can access a wide range of online learning resources such as MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses), which offer high-quality lectures and interactive learning experiences."
示例2: Instead of saying "It is true that in certain degree students can experience the exhibitions and nature in person," you could write "While it is true that field trips allow students to experience exhibitions and nature firsthand, virtual reality technology can now provide immersive experiences that closely replicate real-life visits."
1: For a clearer introduction, you could write "In this essay, I will argue that staying in the classroom and utilizing modern technology is more effective for learning than going on field trips."
示例2: For a better body paragraph structure, you could write "One major advantage of using technology in the classroom is the cost-effectiveness. Field trips often require significant financial resources for transportation, admission fees, and other expenses. In contrast, online resources are often available for free or at a low cost, making them more accessible to students from all backgrounds."

Title: 6 文章修订
In my opinion, I concur with Justin's perspective that field trips are not necessarily superior to traditional classroom learning. In today's technologically advanced era, a plethora of educational resources, such as MOOCs, are readily available. Additionally, many campuses are equipped with modern tools like computers and printers that actively support and enhance conventional teaching methods. Given that the gap between classroom learning and field trips has significantly narrowed, there is little justification for allocating extra time and money to plan these excursions. Field trips can disrupt existing lesson plans and impose additional financial burdens on students and their families. While it is true that firsthand experiences at exhibitions or natural sites can deepen students' understanding of history or botany, the associated costs and potential issues outweigh the benefits. I firmly believe that similar educational outcomes can be achieved by remaining in the classroom throughout the entire learning process. (151 words)
