I firmly hold an idea that congestion pricing is not feasible to tackle the city's traffic problem since it will not decrease citizen's need to go to the city's center. To be more specific, the quantity of the people who want to go to city's center hold the same level, the phenomenon of congestion will always trouble us. With the development of the cities, many firms have been built in the city's center, which attracts more and more people concentrate there and based on the divided of the cities' functions, the distance between working and living is further and further. Bus, bicycle and other transportation tools are not better alternatives to the vehicle based on the efficiency and convenience. The essence of the problem is how to plan the city's different part and how to extend the utilization rate of the limited land rather than lay too much pressure to the citizens.

Title: 6 文章修订
I firmly believe that congestion pricing is not an effective solution for addressing urban traffic issues, as it fails to reduce the inherent need for individuals to travel to city centers. Specifically, as long as the demand for accessing central locations remains constant, congestion will persist as a significant concern. Rapid urban development has led to the establishment of numerous businesses in city centers, attracting an increasing number of people to these areas. Furthermore, due to the division of urban functions, the distance between residential and work areas continues to expand. Buses, bicycles, and other modes of transportation do not necessarily offer more efficient or convenient alternatives to personal vehicles. Therefore, the crux of this issue lies in strategic city planning and maximizing land use efficiency rather than imposing excessive financial burdens on citizens. (137 words)
