From my point of view the most important thing a person can do to maintain good health is that doing daily exercise. The reason for this is that simple daily exercise including jogging, walking, or cycling can improve both people’s physical health and mental health. According to the journal people who do exercise regularly have a strong immune system, a proper weight, and longer lifetime, with a strong body, people are able to enjoy their life. Also, the scientists said that playing sports enable student to keep in a good mood, which let them devote into their work or study. In contrast, other ways of maintain health like keeping health is kind of hard to apply. People nowadays always have some necessary social time like having a dinner together. In this case, the food with high calories can not be avoided. And the goal of taking a healthy diet is broken.
